Treatment for the Major Depression Disorder
CBT (Cognitive behavior therapy)
CBT
can help people to change how we think(cognitive) and what we do(behavior).
These changes can help us to feel better. The difference between CBT to the
other talking treatment is that CBT looks for ways to improve people’s start of
mind now, that focuses on the “ here and now” problems and difficulties. The
other treatments are more likely to focusing on the causes of the distress or
symptoms in the past.
The
aim of CBT is to help you to make sense of overwhelming problems by breaking
them down into smaller parts. Hence we can see how they are related to each
others and how they affect you.
These parts are
1.
Situation- which conducts the
following reactions
2.
Thoughts
3.
Emotions
4.
Physical feelings
5.
Actions
